FIRST SESSION (NEW CLIENT) - (Age 18 & Over)

The first session with a new client includes an initial consultation covering client history, current challenges, and intended goals/ objectives along with a treatment session using one of the therapies offered as agreed with the client. Please note treatment time will be shorter in a 60 minutes first session due to the initial consultation. If you would prefer to have a full treatment in your first session then please book the 90 minutes session.
Sessions are available in-person at the Tadworth & Banstead Therapy Rooms or online via Zoom Video Meeting.

A follow up session is for either 60 or 90 minutes using one of the therapies offered as agreed with the client.
BABIES & CHILDREN SESSION - (Age 17 & Under)
60 MINUTES / £75
Choose this option if you are booking a session for a baby or child age 17 or under.
If you would like to book a joint Mother and Baby Craniosacral Therapy session or a Surrogate/ Proxy EFT Tapping session then please book the 60 minutes or 90 minutes First Session option above instead.

*MULTI HAND* CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY SESSION - With Two Therapists

The 90 minutes session will include an initial consultation along with a Craniosacral Therapy session with two Craniosacral Therapists working on you at the same time. This is known as a multi-hand treatment. This may include elements of Fascial Unwinding if appropriate.

DEEP DIVE SESSION (Integrative Approach)
3 HOURS / POA
This is a 3 hour deep dive session to work on the root cause of your present concerns. Please get in touch to book this option.
DISTANT CRANIOSACRAL INTEGRATION SESSION (Online)

Distant Craniosacral Integration is a form of Distant Healing that is firmly founded in Craniosacral awareness and processes, and is clearly distinct from any other Healing modality. Through the principles of Quantum Science, Craniosacral Integration is able to work very clearly at a distance with the anatomy and physiology of the physical body and the person as a whole (emotionally and energetically).
This session is conducted online via Zoom Video Meeting with both Therapist and Client present for the session. The Client will be emailed a Zoom Meeting invite link before the session. The Client can join the meeting by clicking on the link. They do not need to be a registered user of Zoom to attend the session.
DISTANT REIKI HEALING SESSION (Online)

Distant Reiki is a technique within the system of Reiki that enables a client to receive Reiki healing at a distance either:
1) with the client physically present during an online session on Zoom, or
2) at an agreed date & time with the client not physically present for the session.
Distant Reiki healing is a well established way of healing that has been in use since the time Reiki was founded.
FASCIAL UNWINDING (Add-On For In-Person Craniosacral Session Only)

Choose this option if you want to add on Fascial Unwinding to your First or Follow Up Craniosacral Session.
BACH FLOWER REMEDIES (Add-On For In-Person Session Only)

Choose this option if you want to add on Bach Flower Remedies to your First or Follow Up Session. Bach Flower Remedies can also be booked as a standalone First or Follow-Up appointment.

Terms of Booking:
- Please let me know of any medical conditions/ concerns at the time of booking your first session so that I can determine if I am the right person to help.
- Please note for all sessions the full amount is payable in advance at the time of booking.
- Please ensure cancellation of booked sessions are made at least 24 hours in advance. No shows or late cancellations will be charged in full.
Please use the online booking system on this website to book either in-person sessions at the Tadworth Therapy Room, Tadworth, Surrey, KT20 or online distant sessions held via Zoom Video Meeting.
If you would like to book an in-person session at the Banstead Therapy Room at The Natural Way, Banstead, Surrey, SM7 then please get in touch for availability.
For online distant sessions on Zoom, a client does not need to have a Zoom account to have a session. The client will be emailed a link to click on which will give them direct acess to the Zoom session, without the need to sign up/ register for Zoom.
