BACH FLOWER REMEDIES

Treat the cause not the effect.

- Edward Bach

What Are Bach Flower Remedies?

The Bach Flower remedies were developed in the 1930s by Dr Edward Bach, a physician and homeopath who was ahead of his time by understanding how our emotional state plays a contributory role to our physical health problems. He identified 38 flower essences, each one derived from a different wild flower, plant or tree, and each corresponding to a specific emotional state.

The Bach flower remedies work exclusively and directly on an emotional level, seeking to balance challenging emotions and to empower us to support ourselves through difficult times in our lives and to help us to develop our positive strengths. The remedies are perfectly safe for all ages and have been used throughout the world with great success.

In my experience I have found that these flower remedies really complement the emotional healing work that I do with my clients in our sessions whilst also continuing to provide emotional support to my clients at home between our sessions.

You can book an in-person Bach Flower Remedies appointment as a 30 minutes add-on to a First or Follow-Up in-person session. You will receive a custom prepared Bach Flower Remedies bottle to continue taking at home.
