Although I work intuitively with Meditation and Mindfulness practices, I also hold Diploma Certificates in both Meditation and Mindfulness. For well over 15+ years, meditation has been a cornerstone of my life. I’ve explored many styles and traditions, often deepening my practice through silent meditation retreats.
